The Florida farm is owned by the nine Leiva Siblings and their families, who run one of the most sustainable farms in the area, farming crops and livestock alongside their coffee. The 13.5 hectare coffee plantation has been a recent addition, planting the Geisha only in 2015; this coffee may be the first year the plants have produced enough cherries to harvest. Intitially the cup is bold with the vibrant acidity and sweetness of tropical fruit; mandarin, mango and passionfruit spring to mind. This gives way to an incredible floral and perfume-like nature, full of bergamot and jasmine.
