Our staple espresso blend has evolved once more, bringing v16 to your espresso machines. The heritage of two naturally processed coffees paired together continues. The main component has become the delicious Lot 25 from Sitio Cachoeirinha, in the Minas region of Brazil. Currently run by Paolo Flora, the 82ha farm was established in 1943 by his grandfather. Paired with the Sitio Cachoeirinha is the incredibly fruity Ethiopian Guji Highlands. The Guji Highlands is a 250ha family-owned farm, only established 4 years ago; they run a 100% organic production process. This pairing creates a fantastic base for your favourite milk drinks; sweet,  rich chocolate and cashew notes create a full and creamy mouthfeel giving way to a fruity blueberry finish. Naturally rounded acidity creates harmony with the addition of milk.
