Consisting of a pulped-natural Yellow Bourbon from Fazenda Serra Negra. The estate has been in the Nakao family for the last 35 years, with current owner Orlando running the farm with his son, Andre. They have a strong focus on sustainability; they are Rainforest Alliance certified, verified by the 4C association. They voluntarily run a fauna and flora conservation project, alongside collecting recyclables from local rural schools. Their commitment to their farming processes and passion for innovation in quality results in some really unique coffees. We've let the varietal characteristics of the Yellow Bourbon shine through in this coffee, stone fruit notes of apricot and nectarine are paired with the delicate sweetness of caramel.
