Osman Rene's 10 hectare farm, San Isidro, sits under natural forest in the Celaque area of Copan, Honduras. Osman is a trained agronomist, leading the way in the region for quality improvements to crop, and it shows in this coffee. Being suitable for both espresso and filter, it is reminiscent of a decadent dessert; a syrupy sweetness of dark cherry and plum is matched by a soft acidity and a naturally creamy texture. This is followed by lingering notes of dark chocolate which leave you craving another sip.
