PROCESSING

This lot was processed using a traditional washed technique. The cherry is pulped, before being fermented in tanks. After washing, wet parchment is dried on African raised beds. The site holds 290 raised beds.

TRACEABILITY

Sourced in conjunction with Kamba Coffee, of which Israel is a part-owner. In 2020, we visited Israel and the Anasora Washing Station through Kamba Coffee. We continue to buy Israel's coffee from his many farms or stations yearly.
