Finca Buenavista sits at 1700masl in Filo de Chillurci, an area of Pitalito, Huila. The farm is run by Edier Perdomo and his wife Daney Mahecha, who own two farms together. At Buenavista, they cultivate a range of varieties, but Edier specialises in the production of Pink Bourbon. Edier is an experienced farmer and cupper, being a qualified Q-grader. This gives him a unique perspective on coffee production.
