Finca El Poste is run by the couple Guillermo Montenegro Ayestas and Rosa Marina Lopez. Together they operate their 56-hectare farm in the northeastern municipality of Dipilto, close to the Nicaragua-Honduras border. Of these 56 hectares, roughly 50% are planted with coffee trees, which are Caturra, Catuai and Typica varieties.
