This lot represents smallholder farmers who operate within the Gedeb woreda, one of the four districts of the Gedeo Zone. Most farmers have less than 5 hectares of land to farm, of which coffee is grown intercropped with other crops in a traditional garden style. Most farmers are organic by default, using no chemical pesticides or fertilisers.
