Juan Mendoza is a small-scale producer in a remote area in the state of Oaxaca, southern Mexico, growing coffee between 1500 and 1700masl. He grows Typica and Bourbon, varieties that have been historically cultivated in Mexico. This microlot was sourced by the team at Red Beetle Coffee Lab. Juan delivered his coffee to Red Beetle, who offers the chance for remote small-scale producers to sell their coffee as microlots.
