Fazenda Conquista was founded in 1910, and is run by Bruno Menali Oliveira, the great grandson of the original founder, who continually pushes for a better quality product. This coffee is unique due to being the botanical variety Topázio; a variety bred at the Agronomic Institute of Campinas (IAC) in Brazil during the 1960s especially for local conditions. Light notes of mango and raisin contribute to the cups delicate acidity, giving way to a creamy praline body reminiscent of roasted hazelnuts and chocolate.
