GRIND SIZES
We offer a variety of ground coffee options suitable for various brewing devices.
Espresso - any home espresso machine.
Moka Pot - aka stove-top, Bialetti or electric coffee maker that uses steam pressure to drive hot water through ground coffee.
Cafetiere - aka French Press. This grind setting is also suitable for cupping.
Aeropress - Aeropress Go/Aeropress XL/ Delter Press. Also suitable for any other miscellaneous immersion methods.
Filter [Small] - V60 01 and V60 02, Kalita 155 and 185, Kalita 101, Any other drip coffee methods using 12-18g of coffee or less
Filter [Large] - V60 02, Kalita 185, any other cone or flat bottomed brewer using 18-30g coffee or brewing at least 2 cups of coffee at a time, as well as batch brew.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Our goal is to send out orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends, subject to the availability of stock and our roasting schedule. For standard shipping, we dispatch orders via Royal Mail. Currently, we use Royal Mail 48, which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. At checkout, you have the option to choose First Class (Royal Mail 24) or Next Day Delivery (DHL).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders weighing under 2kg will be shipped via Royal Mail. These orders will be sent using a Tracked International service, which provides full tracking to the delivery point. Tracked International aims to deliver within 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days worldwide.
Orders over 2kg will be shipped via DHL. Shipping rates are calculated accordingly at checkout.
If a delivery address is changed to a destination requiring additional shipping and the customer does not complete checkout to accept those charges, the order will be cancelled and treated as a customer-initiated cancellation.
