No, both of our cafés are walk-in only. No need to book, no need to wait. You can find our menus and café locations here.

Can I leave a review?

Of course! We hope you enjoyed your experience with Cartwheel. As an independent business, we love to hear what our customers think and also how we can continue to improve their experience. You can find our Google, Tripadvisor and Facebook pages here and leave a review there.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders over £30. Below this amount, a standard shipping fee of £2.60 is applied (Royal Mail 48). First Class (Royal Mail 24) and Next Day (DHL) shipping is available at an extra cost. Shipping is calculated on the final page of the checkout, after any discounts have been taken into consideration.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, if you spend over £30 in our online store you’ll automatically receive free shipping at checkout.

What is your Returns Policy?

For Kit: If it's not quite right, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.


For Coffee: We pride ourselves on our exceptional coffee, and it's rare we hear about a cup that doesn't hit the spot. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, we're on hand to replace it, no questions asked.
