District Blend

This coffee celebrates a collaboration between Cartwheel Coffee and District Coffee, born from friendship and a shared goal of bringing great coffee to our local community. Together with District, we carefully curated this blend of two naturally processed Brazilian coffees: one grown by Flavio Reis and his father at Fazenda Rancho Grande, and the other by Elisabete Martins at her family farm, Fazenda Cachoeira.

PROCESSING

Both components of this blend are processed using the natural method, where whole cherries are dried in thin layer either on raised beds or patios, allowing the fruit to impart more sugars to the bean.

TRACEABILITY

Rancho Grande was sourced through Falcon Specialty, who have maintained a long-standing partnership with the Reis family since 2019. Elisabete Martins’ coffee comes to us via Bossa Coffee, a women-led importer with deep roots in Brazil.
