STEP ONE Boil the kettle to 92-96ºC. We recommend clean, filtered water with a mineral hardness between 50 - 175ppm. Whilst you’re waiting, weigh out and grind 15g coffee on a medium to fine grind. STEP TWO Place the V60 on your mug, add a filter paper and pour hot water over the paper to preheat your V60 and mug, and remove any papery taste.
