Ana Nolasco

Perched at 1 550 masl in Cantón Buena Vista, San Marcos Huista, Ana Nolasco Pascual cultivates coffee alongside her husband and children. Together they guide every stage of the farm’s life cycle—from meticulous off-season pruning to hand-selective harvests—then oversee milling at their own small wet-mill.

Sourced by Primavera, who work with over 200 local producers in Guatemala. Ana is an active member of Cooperativa El Sendero, founded in 2016 to help small growers in the area reach specialty markets; today it serves 350 coffee-producing families.
