This lot is produced by smallholders of the Bookisa kebele and then processed by Sookoo Coffee at their central location of the Dambi Uddo drying station, high up in the hills of Odo Shakiso. Sookoo Coffee is run by Ture Waji. Most of the cherries being delivered are one of two varieties; Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112.
