This lot is grown by around 100 smallholder farmers from the Bookisa kebele and processed by Sookoo Coffee at their central location, the Dambi Uddo drying station, located high up in the hills of Odo Shakiso. Sookoo Coffee is managed by Ture Waji. Most of the delivered cherries come from two varieties: Gibirinna and Serto. These varieties are from the Metu-Bishari selections made in the forest of the same name in the Illubabor Zone by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center (JARC).
