Bungoma AA

This lot comes from smallholder farms in Bungoma County—western Kenya’s highlands beneath the countries second-tallest peak. At 1 400–1 600 masl, the zone was added to Lot 20’s network after a poor Misadhi harvest last year, prompted wider sourcing.

Sourced from Lot 20 Coffee, through Omwani. Lot 20 was founded in 2019, they work with smallholders in the Kericho, Bomet and numerous other counties, organising farmers into functioning entities that process and sell their own coffee; without the assistance of the Kenyan auction system. They are passionate about transparent trade and fair treatment of farmers and producers.
