Fuyan

Fuyan Farm, managed by Mrs. Na and Mr. Li, covers 80 acres of mountainous terrain at 1600-1700 MASL. Scattered among the coffee plants are macadamia, fruit, and leguminous shade trees. The farm also produces 7 tons of specialty-grade tea annually. A key feature is its diverse agriculture and livestock, all set against the stunning Yunnan mountains. Fuyan's coffees consistently receive some of the highest Q scores in Yunnan, reflecting the dedication and quality control of its owners.

PROCESSING

Cherries are hand-harvested and sorted to remove over / under-ripe cherry and foreign material. The cherry then undergoes controlled fermentation in sealed bags for around one week. Finally, during the drying phase, the cherry is spread and dried on raised beds before hulling.

TRACEABILITY

Sourced through Indochina, who have worked in partnership with Yunnan Coffee Traders since 2016. YCT operates farming, mill, research, and training facilities in Menglian County, Yunnan Province.
