Gustavo Vargas

This coffee is grown at La Victoria at 1400masl. in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, a region known for its unique microclimates and rich coffee heritage. Gustavo Vargas grew up surrounded by coffee plantations, alongside his family on the farm. After studying engineering in Pueblo Bello, he discovered new ways to improve coffee production and processing. As a third-generation coffee grower, Gustavo founded his own company Café Olgus and is dedicated to innovation & improving quality.

Sourced from Muskox Colombian Coffee, a specialty green coffee sourcing partner, this is our first coffee collaboration with them. Muskox specializes in natural processing, allowing the fruit to impart complex, vibrant flavors to the coffee.They work closely with the local community, ensuring sustainable practices and supporting the people behind the coffee.This partnership introduces a distinctive profile of Colombian coffee, offering flavors and aromas from a region that is rarely explored.
