Juan Jimenez Pena runs his farm, El Porvenir, alongside his wife Leidy in Palestina, Huila's southernmost municipality. Sitting at 1650masl, the 16-hectare farm El Porvenir is a highly productive farm, with Sr. Jimenez being quality focused with production; he and his wife manage a team of pickers who meticulously harvest each variety at peak ripeness.
