The Rotutu Cooperative consists of 16 farmers, all farming at around 1420masl. The cooperative started working with Karst Organics during the 2018 harvest. Karst Organics work with the Rotutu Coop. on a cherry model, buying cherry from the farmers in the group and assisting them in the processing at a centralised facility.
