The Rotutu Cooperative consists of 12 farmers, all farming between 1500 and 1600masl. The group is led by Francisco de Deus, a third generation coffee farmer. The cooperative started working with Karst Organics during the 2018 harvest. Karst Organics work with the Rotutu Coop. on a cherry model, buying cherry from the farmers in the group and assisting them in the processing at a centralised facility.
