Hosted by our roasting team, this behind-the-scenes experience will introduce you to our current line-up of coffees while exploring what sets Specialty Coffee apart from Commercial Coffee. We’ll take you through how we select the 52+ coffees we bring in each year, and explore how everything from processing to roasting can influence the flavour in your cup.

Cupping is the basic brewing method we use for quality control and to select the coffees we share with you. It’s simple, consistent and easily repeatable. We’ll guide you through the process, introducing you to sensory analysis and helping you identify and describe the character and flavours you experience in each coffee you taste.
