At Cartwheel, we don’t roast coffee specifically for espresso or filter - instead, we roast each coffee to bring out its truest potential. Our filter coffee selection features beans that shine when brewed as filter: typically showcasing fruit-forward flavours, bright acidity, and tea-like clarity. These lighter roasts often taste best enjoyed black, without milk, though there are no strict rules here - we always encourage you to experiment and brew your way.
